Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, with more than 17 years of experience

Dr. Lucero Chueca was born and raised in Peru and graduated from Cayetano Heredia University in 2006, one of the top three universities in Peru. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in 2011.

Her extensive professional training is further enhanced by her certification as a Board Certified in Obesity Medicine in 2012, positioning her as one of the most recognized specialists in comprehensive obesity management in Florida, with outstanding results in nearly 1,000 patients over her more than ten years in this field.
